We Have A Mover!

I am very excited to say that on Wednesday December 14th, one day before Thatcher turned 7 1/2 months old he started scooting!! It has been a really fun weekend seeing how his little scoots are turning into longer and longer distances. He gets up on all 4's and rocks back and forth then drops back down and scoots around.

It has been so sweet to see the expression and the satisfaction in his face when he is able to scoot to the toy he wants. Seriously, when did he get so big?

Because I'm Behind On Posts.

I am so far behind on postings lately that I just decided to do a quick catch up of all of the fun things we've been doing lately through photos.

Thatcher met Santa for the fist time. He loved him.

We decorated our house for Christmas!

We decorated Pops and Grammies Christmas tree!
Thatcher hung the first ornament of the year!

Hung out with Pops and randomly wore matching gray v-necks!

Spent time as a family hanging out.

Walked to bagels on Friday Family Fun Day & had cozy days at home!

Flew up to meet our newest addition to the family-

7 Months ( a little late ).

I can not believe Thatcher Ace turned 7 months on November 30th. It blows my mind for so many reasons. Mostly because I look back and can not believe that Thatcher was ever such a small little guy. He has changed so much in the last 7 months and he has truly in the last month turned into a little person of his own. He has such a sweet, happy, and joyful personality.

The day before he turned 7 months he learned how to wave. It is probably the sweetest thing I have ever seen. He so proud of himself will smile and wave. Nothing warms my heart more. The little guy wants to crawl so so bad. As much as I want to see him crawl I secretly want him to wait to crawl because not only will everything be different with a child on the go, but it means my little baby is not so baby anymore.

I am just loving being a stay-at-home-mom! It is so fun to daily see the growth and changes in our son. Being a mom is so much more amazing than I could have ever thought!

And now for a BUNCH of photos of the Thatchy at 7 months!!

Thatchers First Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving this year was spent at my grandmas house. It was such a special year this year because it was Thatchers first Thanksgiving. We headed up to my grandmas shortly after we woke up and got ready for the day. Zach my very talented brother was going to take our christmas photos so we had to make ourselves presentable!

We got up to Grams house and I did her hair for her. After her hair was done we took our family picture, then Thatcher and my dad went for a walk where Thatcher fell asleep. It was pretty sweet. My dad said Thatcher was chatting with him and then he just passed out. We then got all of grams Christmas stuff out of the garage and decorated her house for Christmas while Thatcher took a little snooze. When Thatcher woke up it was time to eat. The food was so yummy and absolutely perfect! There were so many dessert options I had to have a little of everything! While we ate dessert Thatcher ate sweet potatoes so he could feel included in the Thanksgiving food.

After dinner and dessert we cleaned up and then headed out. Jimmy, Thatcher and I headed off to Jimmy parents to stop by and say hi for a little bit. Overall it was a really nice and very special Thanksgiving. I am looking forward to more holiday firsts with our little man!!
