6 Weeks!

Its been a while since I've posted a bunch of pictures of the little man and I think its about time for another photo overload! We have had a really fun couple of weeks. Thatcher turned 6 weeks on Saturday. I seriously cant believe it! Jimmy and I were saying it feels like just yesterday he was born. To be honest the whole month of May is kind of a blur, but a good blur.

We have been doing a lot of hanging out and relaxing which has been nice for the little man. He is growing right in front of my eyes..its seriously crazy! Last week Thatcher and I were very lucky to get to send some quality time with Lizzy. Lizzy and I have known each other since middle school and were even roommates a few years ago. Thatcher loves Lizzy just as much as I do, and we are bummed we don't get to see her a lot because she lives in LA. Lizzy came over on Thursday and we spent time chatting and crafting. It was just like the old days! Then Friday Lizzy and Mallory came over and we spent the whole day baking for our good friend Lauren's wedding shower! It was such a fun day of hanging out with two of my greatest friends baking and laughing!

Thatcher and I attempted to attend church only for the second time since he was born. Boy was this last week an experience! I decided to carry Thatch in my moby wrap. I figured he could sleep during church and it would be a cozy way to relax. He slept all during worship which is really amazing because it is so loud! I thought to myself "this is easy". After Jimmy was done leading worship we went and sat down in our normal seats. A few minutes into the bible study Thatch started to make his "lamb" noises as we call them. He was kind of getting loud so I stepped outside of the chapel and realized he has spit up a little which was probably why he woke up. I then took him out of my moby and just figured I would hold him for the rest of the service. As soon as we sat down he started to make a face like he was going to cough. Every once in a while he coughs a huge cough that sounds like he's getting a hairball out. I figured that was going to happen. Boy was I ever wrong. All of a sudden Thatcher projectile vomited all over himself, me, Jimmy and the chair we were sitting in. I sat there in awe, not at all knowing what to do. I had spit up all down myself. Jimmy and I both looked at each other and kind of laughed but we were in church so you can't really laugh. I quickly got up and went into the bathroom to check out what we looked like. We were a disaster. There was only a few minutes left in church so I just decided to run home and change Thatcher and myself. It was quite the experience and definitely one we will not forget. I just love that little guy, but he sure knows how to keep me on my toes!

After church we went to the mall to run a few errands and then went to my parents' house for a BBQ and to enjoy the sun. It was such a nice day it was nice to just be outside relaxing!

And now the photos can do the rest of the talking!
